• Scripts, workflows and training materials are confidential HWM information. Don't copy or share them outside HWM.
• Don't post customer names, phone numbers or other personal details in questions.
• If something in a script or lesson looks outdated or non-compliant, use “Report compliance concern” — don't keep using it.
• Training supports compliance but isn't legal advice. If you're unsure: spot it, stop, record it and escalate.
